GENERAL CAKE INFORMATION

Cake Ingredients

Our cakes are fruit or sponge and are made from the finest ingredients.
Other cakes available are organic and vegetarian. Our fruit cakes are made with butter and include sultanas, raisins, currants, cherries and mixed peel which are all soaked in a choice of brandy, sherry or rum.
Our fruit cakes do not contain nuts, however all our cakes are covered with marzipan unless otherwise requested.

All our cakes are made to order and options could include:

• Sponge cakes can be plain with vanilla cream and strawberry preserve.
• Chocolate sponge with chocolate or vanilla cream.
• Chocolate chip sponge with chocolate or vanilla cream.
• Carrot cake with vanilla cream.
• Coffee sponge with coffee or vanilla cream.

EXTRA PORTIONS

An iced but undecorated cake in fruit or sponge can be provided for extra portions upon request.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

Your cake will be packed in a delivery box on your collection. We can also provide a delivery and set up service if required.
We also hire stands, bases, knives and cake cloths with a refundable deposit.
